Refund policy

We’re a small, family-run business and we want you to love what you buy from us. This policy explains how refunds and replacements work for our digital guides and any physical books we ship.

Digital Products (e-books, downloads)

  • Satisfaction guarantee:If you’re not happy with a digital purchase, email us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll refund you.
  • How it works: Include your order number and the email used at checkout. Once we process the refund, we’ll revoke access to the file(s) so we don’t accidentally charge you again.
  • Limits to prevent abuse: We can approve one digital refund per customer in any 90-day period.
Note: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Physical Products (printed books)

  • Damaged or defective: If a book arrives damaged or has a print defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging. We’ll replace it at no cost or offer a refund.
  • Wrong item received: Tell us within 14 days and we’ll make it right quickly.
  • Change-of-mind returns: We don’t accept returns for change of mind at this time because we print in small batches. (If we change this, we’ll update the policy.)

Exchanges

We don’t process exchanges directly. If a replacement is needed due to damage or a defect, we’ll send a replacement. If you want a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union & United Kingdom customers

  • Physical goods: You have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive your item. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged/defective.
  • Digital content: Under EU/UK law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once you consent to immediate download/access and acknowledge that this waives your right to cancel. If you have not accessed the download and are within 14 days, contact us to cancel.

How to request a refund or replacement

Email jenn@spacecoastharvest.com with:

  1. order number
  2. Email used at checkout
  3. a brief description
  4. photos for any shipping damage/defects (physical items).

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If it’s been more than 15 business days since our approval and you haven’t seen the refund, please contact us.
